Welcome to Cleo. This guide walks you through setting up your account, importing your first contacts, and understanding the core concepts.

## What is Cleo?

Cleo is a CRM designed specifically for marketing agencies. It unifies client management, campaign tracking, and revenue reporting in one workspace.

## Quick Start

1. **Create your account** — Sign up with your work email. Cleo is currently in closed beta, so access is invite-only.
2. **Set up your organization** — Your organization is your agency. Add team members and assign roles.
3. **Create your first account** — Accounts represent your clients. Each client gets their own workspace with contacts, pipelines, and reporting.
4. **Import contacts** — Upload a CSV or connect your existing tools to bring in your client list.
